His journey includes running multiple successful training facilities, including The Bay Coaching Facility, recognized as one of South Florida's top transformation gyms.
Rodney Brewer

Rodney Brewer is an accomplished MMA athlete and coach, recognized for his commitment to the sport and his extensive training alongside elite fighters at renowned MMA camps, including Rashad Evans, Alistair Overeem, Anthony Johnson, Jon Jones, and Kenny Florian. His experiences with these top competitors have shaped his skill set and deepened his understanding of various fighting techniques, allowing him to bring a wealth of knowledge to his coaching.

Coach Lolay is a dynamic bilingual fitness expert, fluent in Spanish and English, dedicated to guiding individuals of all ages and genders on their fitness journeys. As a passionate mother of a teenager, she understands the challenges of maintaining a busy lifestyle and is committed to helping women, mothers, and business owners achieve their fitness goals through personalized workout plans and nutrition coaching.
Branden Lee Hinkle

Branden Lee Hinkle is a retired American mixed martial artist who had a remarkable career from 1998 to 2016, competing in prestigious organizations such as the UFC and Pancrase. Hailing from Jefferson, Ohio, Branden achieved accolades as a two-time NCAA Division II Champion and All-American wrestler at West Liberty State College.
