Do I need experience to participate in your MMA or fitness classes?
No experience is required, and our expert coaches offer structured training and personalized attention in a playful, luxurious environment designed to meet the needs of both novice and professional athletes.
How do I book a class?
Booking is easy! Simply download the Trilogy app, or book online through the website.
Is my FIRST CLASS FREE?
Yep, no strings attached. Please arrive 15 minutes before class so we can show you the ropes to help make your first class the best experience ever!
What is your cancellation/no show policy?
Classes fill up quickly, and there are a limited number of spaces available in each class. Clients are responsible for canceling their class at least 12-hours prior to class to avoid a late cancellation or no-show charge. See our Terms and Conditions for more info.
Do you offer Private parties or fundraising events?
Yes! From bachelorette parties to birthdays and corporate team building challenges, Trilogy can plan your next party or charity event. Email us with details and our Special Events Coordinator will be in touch!
Do you offer youth classes?
Yes! Our non-contact MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu classes provide the mental and physical training to help children reach their full potential.
What adult classes do you offer?
From high energy group fitness classes in the Circuit Room to MMA, boxing, wrestling, private training, and self-defense classes in The Fight Room, our small class sizes deliver challenging and attainable workouts for all levels to increase strength, agility, and mobility.
